now i am going to clarify this, i found some govt information as below,

Vide reference sixth cited, the age criteria for courses have been issued following which large number of representations have been received from students pursuing variety of courses. Government have examined the matter in detail and hereby amend the Memo No.105 3 7/Sw.Edn.2/2011-3, dated 01-11-2011 as follows:
- The maximum eligible age for the first year of any of the courses given below as on July 1st of the academic year shall be as under.

No. Maximum age limit for you is 30 Years. Since you have crossed 30 you are not eligible.
